Snacks. Snacks, more snacks! We all love them, right? Trust me, I’m not here to tell you to give them up—but I am here to say, let’s be a little more selective about what we grab. Those brands with seed oils? Yeah, let’s skip those. I know it’s tough; I’m right there with you, practicing what I preach. I wouldn’t be telling you to do anything I’m not doing myself!

Now, I get it—your kids are seconds away from a meltdown, and reading labels feels like a full-time job. Believe me, I barely have the time either, but I do it anyway. Why? Because I don’t want to feed my family chemicals, and I know you don’t want that either!
